The CARE program is an energy efficiency home-improvement program available in Lake County to income-qualified homeowners and tenants. In 2016, Cloud City Conservation helped improve 26 homes with an average annual savings on utility bills of $386!
Improvements may include a new Energy-Star refrigerator, LED lights, insulation, and air sealing, and more!

The Award Ceremony and Party will take place at Harperrose Studios, oovespeak) and food. It is free for members, $5 for non-members; don’t worry, you can become a member at the door.
