Step 1:  Sign up for a home energy assessment.   Please visit  to sign up for an assessment. Your Building Performance Institute certified auditor will contact you and schedule a home visit lasting about 2-3 hours.

Step 2: Get an Assessment.  A qualified analyst will perform a comprehensive home energy assessment including:  a blower door test to find costly air leaks, infrared camera imaging to identify weak spots in your insulation, and combustion safety testing to ensure safe operation of your heating systems.  You will also receive a free energy savings kit worth $75.   Assessment costs vary but typically cost only $50!

Step 3: Make Upgrades and Apply for a Rebate.  After the assessment, we’ll help you implement projects that fit your budget.  Our energy coaching service  can assist with: finding qualified contractors, getting a rebate, securing financing  and providing quality assurance checks to make sure the job is done right the first time.
