C4 is offering a local course for Lake County realtors and appraisers.

Realtors will receive:

• 3 continued education credits
• An understanding of resource-efficient home systems, building methods and appliances
• Grasp of the various green home certifications, how they are defined and how they affect the value of a home
• Familiarity with an energy audit, how to get it and what benefits it can provide
• Incentives and financing available to home owners for green features and certifications
